PRODUCT INFORMATION

Discover the vibrant expression of Altieri Geisha, produced by the Altieri Family in the highlands of Boquete, Panama. Grown at elevations reaching up to 1800 meters above sea level, this lot comes from one of the estate’s most established Geisha plantings, known for its balance of elegance and intensity.

This Geisha is processed through a controlled fermentation process. After careful hand-sorting and floatation, the cherries undergo a short pre-drying phase before entering a cold,
controlled fermentation. The coffee is then slowly dried over several weeks in a climate-stable environment, allowing precise development of sweetness and complexity while
preserving the variety's floral identity.

The result is a refined and expressive cup, showcasing layered notes of Violet, Cherry, and Dark Grape, with a silky texture and a long, structured finish.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Discover the refined elegance of Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda, one of the most iconic coffee producers in the world. Grown in the high elevations of Boquete, this lot represents the precision and clarity Esmeralda is known for.

Processed using a cold fermented washed method, fermentation is carefully controlled at lower temperatures to slow microbial activity and enhance clarity. The coffee is then dried on raised beds, allowing for even airflow and stable moisture reduction, preserving delicate aromatics and structure.

The result is a cup that is transparent and highly expressive, showcasing the intrinsic qualities of the Geisha variety with exceptional definition.

Expect a delicate and aromatic profile, featuring notes of Jasmine, Bergamot, and Stone Fruit, with a tea-like body and a crisp, lingering finish.
