coffee benefits from slow cherry maturation, resulting in heightened aromatic complexity and refined acidity.
This lot is processed using the estate’s signature Washed DRD (Dark Room Drying) method. After selective harvesting and washing, the coffee is dried in a temperature- and
humidity-controlled environment, allowing for an exceptionally slow and even drying phase. This meticulous process enhances clarity, structure, and sweetness while preserving the
delicate floral character of the Geisha variety.
The cup is clean and expressive, with notes of Honeysuckle, Mandarin, and Honey, supported by a silky texture and a long, elegant finish.
